All returns must be authorized by Kiki and Josie in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange at email@example.com. Our Customer Service Team will respond to you and give you a "Returns Authorization Number" This number is to be displayed on the outside shipping box or envelope when you send back the product.
Your purchase must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product so that we can assist you.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them including the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
When shipping the product back to us you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back to our facility.
For your refund to apply the product returned for refund or exchange must be 100% unused and with all original packaging.
Packages that are returned without an RA number will be refused upon returning to the warehouse(s).
