The fibers in our makeup remover glove are made with advanced micro-technology. They are 30 times thinner than cotton fiber and up to 100 times thinner than a human hair! These tiny loops manage to break the surface tension that binds oil and makeup to the skin's surface, gently hooking the oil and removing debris.
A traditional facecloth does not contain any loops in the material. This means it does not have the ability to ‘‘hook’ your makeup off gently like our glove does. Regular face cloths are also known to harbor more bacteria due to their more dense fabric and inability to hang dry.
Placing an order is very easy, all you have to do is search, add to cart and pay. Explore our site using the search bar. We like to use many images to give you the best idea of what each product looks like and we also offer suggestions based on what you have navigated. Add the item to your cart by selecting a size or color, choose how many you want and then click on the "add to cart" button. The item will be added to your cart and you can continue shopping. Finish the purchase by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the page. Here you can review your options and add a promotion code if you have one. Once you are ready to buy, simply click on the "proceed to payment" button and follow the instructions.
Once your package has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment. Right there in the email [or text message] you can click on the "tracking number" to track your package. If you did not receive a shipping email, check your spam folder.
We ship to almost every country in the world. If you see that your destination country is not available before paying, please contact us by clicking here to help you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your package once it is shipped, so you can follow its journey.
If you are shipping internationally [outside of the US] you may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. All must be paid by the person receiving the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers). Kiki and Josie have no control over these charges and we can not tell you what the cost will be since customs policies and tariffs vary greatly from one country to another. It may be a good idea to contact the local customs office to know the current charges before placing the order so that you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
If the product is damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact us within seven (7) business days from the purchase date. We will gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt. In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority therefore if in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we want to know about it! All returns must be authorized by Kiki and Josie in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Team will respond to you and give you a "Returns Authorization Number" This number is to be displayed on the outside shipping box or envelope when you send back the product. Your purchase must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product so that we can assist you. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them including the delivery charges for sending the item to you. When shipping the product back to us you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back to our facility. Step 1: Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the name(s) of the items you wish to return. Step 2: Our customer service will respond with an RA (Return Authorization number) within 24 hours. Step 3: Pack the items you wish to return and send or return them to our warehouse (address in the email with RA number). Step 4: Once our warehouse receives the package, we will process the refund within the next 2 business days. Note that returned items must be in resalable condition. Items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund.
